She has led high-impact teams, guided strategic planning efforts, and activated change across complex environments through innovative development programs and stakeholder-centered solutions.
With deep expertise in experiential learning and leadership coaching, Cherida has partnered across industries to equip leaders with the tools to navigate ambiguity, drive performance, and lead with clarity.
